Murray Nye
President
Mr. Nye brings +20 years of experience as a director and officer of various public companies, with junior mining sector, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets expertise.
He most recently served as CEO of a publicly-listed junior mining company from 2016 until 2022, where he was led efforts in securing seed capital financing and listing on the CSE.
Mr. Nye was also instrumental in helping the company secure a lease to purchase option and acquiring key patented mining claims, which hosted three historic producing mines.

David Sabourin
Vice President of Mining Operations
Mr. Sabourin is an experienced mining executive and professional engineer with over 40 years of business and management experience acquired both in North America and abroad.
He has extensive experience and a proven record in developing and managing underground mining development projects and mine operations mainly in North America and recently served in the role of Chief Operating Officer of a publicly listed mining company based in Utah.
Mr. Sabourin also has experience in managing very large capital construction projects and the associated engineering encompassing all levels of feasibility studies and detailed design related to all aspects of mine and infrastructure project development.
Mr. Sabourin is a registered professional engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technical University in the United States, and an MBA from Strathclyde University in Scotland, United Kingdom.
Liam Farrell
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Farrell is an experienced operator who will work closely with the executive team to align operations with American Tungsten’s strategic goals and its path to commercial production.
Mr. Farrell has held C-level executive roles with various companies within the advanced material space. He has successfully managed large scale projects scaling new technologies to established commodity markets.
Prior to this, Mr. Farrell held senior management positions at prominent financial institutions across Canada within institutional equities.
Mr. Farrell is a CFA Charterholder and has a BCOMM from Queens University.
Joanna Longo

Joanna is a strategic corporate advisor with over 25 years of experience guiding public companies through capital markets with discipline, insight, and conviction. As founder of Terre Partners, she leads a senior-led advisory firm focused on investor relations, corporate development, and institutional positioning. Her approach is rooted in deep market knowledge and a high-touch commitment to client success.
Over the past two decades, Joanna has advised issuers across mining and healthcare. As a founder of BayFront Securities, she raised institutional capital for junior resource companies, building long-term investor relationships. She was a Senior Partner at Equicom (TMX Group), where she led investor relations strategy and execution for small- and mid-cap public companies.
Joanna’s passion lies in helping companies tell their story—clearly, credibly, and with conviction.
She has taught Professional Communications at George Brown College and continues to mentor emerging leaders in capital markets, championing disciplined communication, thoughtful leadership, and long-term impact.

With a distinguished background in government affairs, critical minerals policy, and capital markets, Mr. Zehr will support the Company’s engagement with U.S. federal and state agencies as tungsten continues to gain recognition as a critical mineral essential to national security and industrial resilience. Daniel Nicholas
Director
Mr. Nicholas is currently a Senior Advisor to Ernst & Young (“EY”). He joined EY in early 2021 to assist EY and its clients in obtaining funding from US federal government sources. Mr. Nicholas advises EY clients in navigating the numerous sources of capital that are available through federal government programs and grant funding opportunities. Prior to joining EY, he was responsible for the USD$40 billion investment portfolio of the United States Department of Energy’s (the “DOE”) Loan Program Office (“LPO”) – including both the Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Loan program (“ATVM”) and the Title XVll program. At LPO, Mr. Nicholas oversaw and structured investments in energy, infrastructure, and transportation sectors.
Before accepting his appointment to the DOE, Mr. Nicholas had an over 30-year career in finance, at several firms including Morgan Stanley, Pali Capital, and Salomon Brothers, Inc. At Morgan Stanley, he launched several flagship funds for Morgan Stanley’s Investment Management’s Private Equity and Credit group. He has also worked as a public company Chief Financial Officer for several portfolio companies. Mr. Nicholas is a graduate of Cornell University, and he and his family split their time between New York City and Washington, DC.

Mr. Zinsser is an accomplished mining professional and brings +15 years of experience in resource geology and mining project management.
Prior to joining American Tungsten, Austin held project manager and resource geologist positions at Sawtooth Earth Sciences, Perpetua Resources, and Midas Gold.
Duncan T. Blount
Director
Mr. Blount brings nearly two decades of global experience across natural resources, investment management, and corporate leadership. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Chilean Cobalt Corp., a company advancing the historic La Cobaltera cobalt-copper project in northern Chile.
He also spent a decade in the investment management industry, specializing in natural resources and emerging markets, holding key roles at Redwheel (formerly RWC Partners Ltd.) and Everest Capital Ltd.
In addition to his executive leadership roles, Mr. Blount serves on the Advisory Board of Ocean Minerals LLC, a private deep sea minerals exploration and development company. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona, and a BA in Language and World Trade from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

Carolyn Clark Loder is a nationally recognized leader in U.S. mineral rights, royalties, permitting, and tribal engagement, with more than three decades of senior executive experience across the mining, energy, and materials sectors. She previously led U.S. Mineral Rights & Public Lands for Freeport-McMoRan—overseeing strategic minerals, exploration, and federal land positions critical to the domestic supply chain—and directed mineral rights, land management, and tribal relations for LafargeHolcim, managing billions of dollars in surface and mineral assets with global reach. Carolyn has served as President of Sonora Mining Corporation/Jamestown Mine, President of the California Mining Association, and Chair of the Minerals and Energy Committee for a U.S. Bureau of Land Management Resource Advisory Council, advising on national policy affecting minerals access and public lands.
She currently serves on the Boards of Integra Resources (NYSE: ITRG) and K2 Gold (TSX.V: KTO) and is a Board Advisor to Kodiak Copper. In 2023, she became the first living woman—and first woman in more than a century—to be inducted into the U.S. National Mining Hall of Fame. Widely honored for her leadership in land strategy, sovereign tribal partnerships, and ESG governance, Carolyn is also recognized as one of the “Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining.”
Her extensive experience in U.S. mineral policy, global resource strategy, and critical-minerals governance supports the strengthening of domestic supply chains essential to national and economic security.
